Elisabeth Fairbairn

My mum was an amazing nurse, and got me on the healthcare bug from a young age. Since my teens, I've been reading books on childcare, wellbeing and development - putting them into practice with nanny style jobs. Then, I began my work-life as a trainee nurse. Over the last 20 years, I have worked in various settings, from acute, community and A and E Departments.  I also work as a Senior Lecturer at a University helping train the next generation of Healthcare Professional.

I took the leap to start Cotton Nursing Solutions as I believe there is a need out there to provide better and bespoke training  - for healthcare and other industries - run by those with genuine hands on experience.
